Wash the potato. Stab a bunch of holes in it with a
fork. Put it on a plate & stick it in the micro. If
it's a decent sized baking potato start off with 3
mins on high. (Todd says bring it to maxton & stick it
up Mike Shedds muffler, screw eating it!)

When it stops turn the potato over on the plate. Stab
a fork into the middle of the potato to see if it's
getting soft. If it's soft, it's done. If not stick it
back in the micro for another 2 mins. Keep doing this
until it's soft.

Tomato & potato chip sandwichs are good. As for
pancakes, get the Aunt Jamima (sp?) buttermilk. Just
add water to the mix & cook. No need for oil & eggs.

Finally, a topic I can help with! LOL

BTW, my race gear is in & everything fits! (yes I can
stuff my big ass in those leather pants!) Broke in the
boots this week riding to work. They look a little
funny with my work clothes tho.

SOOO... looks like we're about ready to race. Now I
gotta get off this dang puter & go safety wire the
bike!

See ya ina week! Wish for warm weather!
