Hydrazine N2H4 no reaction with H2O or alcohol ,sensitive and possible
explosion with nitro methane , nitrobenzene reacts spontaneously and violently
with concentrated hydrogen peroxide , sodium permanganate, fuming nitric acid
and tetranitromethane no reaction with liquid oxygen becomes unstable at
elevated temps , no reactions with common fabricating metals but effects
rubber ( natural or synthetic )
good oxidizing agents concentrated hydrogen peroxide ,dinitrogen tetroxide and
fuming nitric acid which has a 63.5 % weight of oxygen
If you use concentrated hydrogen peroxide above 90 % and pass it through a
platinum or silver catalyst it produces super heated steam and oxygen ( mono
propellent ) which we could use for these off the wall uses ,power a HUMUNGUS
supercharger/turbo charger and feed the steam and o2 through a condenser
separate the water and feed the o2 back into the combustion process or set up
booster rockets which can produce 1500 lbs thrust with relatively small units
for that extra umph through the timing traps struth I really like this idea
think I'll go and build meself a hydrogen peroxide powered cycle
