This is like standing up at "Toastmasters" club and giving the "ice
Breaker" speech ! I'm just an innocent USFRA volunteer since this past
June,and assoc SCTA member. Cris Shearer invited me to a meeting after
seeing Marv Jenkins and the Mormon Meteor 3 at a Salt Lake outdoor car show
June 1. Lived in SLC since '85, but finally attended Speedweek Aug '01,
needless to say this drag race fan has seen the light. I've repented and
have attended WOS and World Finals ever since. Employed by Utah Transit
Authority as a 12 year bus operator, any ideas on getting a 40ft bus into
the 130 club ?? Where's Carl Heap(LOL) This list is great to see and
participate in, thanks Keith !Especially love the chaps from down under &
across the pond. Well all I see Wes is waving for me to sit down, see 'ya
on the salt !
