Ed, all. they way we found them a Boeing was to test them. The bolts had
every required makers mark on them so the only way was to inspect and test.
When we bought a lot of a particular bolt we tested nearly 10% of them to
assure spec compliance. Tested for hardness and tensile strenght Still do...
