Howdy,  I am a U.S. Certificated Senior parachute rigger, (not that you 
need to be to do car 'chutes) but I am almost positive, without my books 
here at the office, that Filler is no more.....and Deist or ( ahhh what's 
the other one?) can fix you up with what you need.....if not check with the 
local skydiving people, they can direct you to a certified (certifiable?) 
rigger.....
