Same thing over and over.... GREAT FOLKS.... Good weather... Great
Course... racing at it's finest.... bout as good as it gets.... thanks to
all our volunteers and John Beckett's hours.... we have a kick butt place
to race.
Bout that Lakester... SSDD.... dang shifter does everything but shift....
so it's going to an auto... don't know if the thing is a player in the
E/G/L but it is very different to drive then the Girly Camaro.... The
Camaro's ergonomics' are pretty good. The Lakester is like flying the
Apache at night with an Egyptian on a range complex.... ( English as a 3rd
language of course ) it's just a brutal car to drive... / hang out in....
BUT... it's functional and I can see long as my head ain't against a roll
cage.... Bad call by the way.... instant Fuzzy vision.... which ain't all
that Unfuzzy up front...
We did make several runs with the new suspension and even thou I couldn't
find a gear it ran 152mph on it's best pass and set a record.... ( duhhh it
was our record at 143 I think?) anyway Life gets better and better with
it....
Bikes... yeah they were all fast... cept them dang Twin thingy's... ya know
the hardly ableson's or furdly hargleson's.... and one of them was REAL
fast till the Blow torch had it's shot at the cylinder head.... Hmmm How
bout that Nitrous Dad? ain't life Grand..... ( once you feel the hit your
hooked )
We did manage to put the nitrous filling station up and have several
inquires about it... so I feel sure that is going to be a great deal for
all concerned....
Bout it.... Maxton as always is just a wonderful weekend away from home....
Keith ( oh yeah Dallas Volk came and hung out.... Hmmm maybe we can sneak
in a new member )( personally I think it was to show off his new red hat
and that RING...)
