Don't feel bad Mark, there were 6,000 or more people in Draper, 20 miles
south of you who still don't have power as of Tuesday evening.
Yep, the mess down at the south end of the valley is really something.
Having been born and raised in the midwest, I've seen a 'tornado sky' or
two in my early years. Monday's clouds were never that particular shade
of greenish gray, but there were some pretty neat brown and red and orange
things going on.
At this morning's staff meeting at my real job I mentioned that the winds
were mostly coming from the general direction of those big hog farms down
by Delta, and that wasn't really mud that that was raining from the sky!
