Hi Dick, I would give Marvel Mystery Oil a try. Add one quart to the fuel tank and 1/2 to one quart to the crankcase oil. This is usually all that is needed to free stuck lifters and sometimes frozen piston rings. Total investment about $ 10.00 Good Luck !!
