A rubber chicken was our Can- Am race team's "mascot."
Bob tied one to his roll bar and claimed he was "Faster Than a Speeding
Pullet."

Mayf,
Laughing through the tears for your problems ... but I do have one solution
for your request. Loftus Novelties here in Salt Lake is a major source for
RUBBER CHICKENS. They have several musicians from the Utah Symphony who
work there on a part-time basis, re-packing the fake birds for shipment to
customers. (One of our "dirty little secrets" that didn't come out during
the Olympics).
With the lack of snow pack in the Colorado River basin this winter, those
power bills could possibly go higher. I'm guessing the bulk of your power
is from hydroelectric generators and Lake Mead and Lake Powell may be on the
short end this year. Wouldn't want to be a California farmer depending on
the Colorado River water this summer.
