For those of you who received you new ECTA 2002 Rule Books. I goofed big time.
The dates on the back cover are last years. Only thing I can blame it on is
CRS. Anyway I will be sending out a correction sheet that you can stick on the
back with the correct dates. Hope I didn't screw up to many plans.
