Rich, good points. I think with any association you want to build up to
a point where there's a strong solid financial basis, but it's not too
crowded. Everything costs money, and you must have some reserves for
rain-outs and any kind of hard times.
>From what I see looking in from the outside, it seems SCTA is about
where it wants to be right now. ECTA is new, and in the growth mode.
We still have some room to grow, then we'll want to level out. The
leadership of ECTA has done a GREAT job, and we're very lucky to have it
