Why don't we all give our opinions on F1 racing, change their rules to
require them to run for five miles on a straightaway and have USFRA timer
Lloyd Parry, Glenn and all the others who have timed landspeed at various
times (including me) set up an "experts" board to authenticate Formula 1.
With a share of the millions teams now to pay to Bernie funneled into salt
flats racing we could finance landspeed for all comers. Imagine, no entry
fees or course prep fees, insurance would be free too. Perhaps we could
finance a Zamboni for salt. Don't know if Glenn would find time to attend
all those races however or if he could stand the free transportation, rooms,
meals and the participants fawning over him. Lloyd? I think he would
adapt.
