Yeah, if LN2 leaks into the intake, its well- known fire- extinguishing
properties would make your engine seriously down on horsepower!

Liquid O2 might be a little hazardous too. CO2
would be quite safe. Here in the "oil belt"
liquid nitrogen is the big coolant of choice. A
very safe, very cold, inert gas. Be carefull how
your intercooler is made though. It's cold
enough that it can result in very different
contraction rates in structural materials. For
example, if the brazing contracts twice as fast
as the cooling tubes, = "wooops".
