Mayf;
The minimums for open records are often different than SCTA minimums. Click on
http://www.bonneville200mph.org/RECORDS.html and pick a class. Beat the existing
200+ record or minimum on an open to get a hat. Your example of AA/BMS is open 
in
the 2-Club, with a minimum of 250 mph, even though a BNI record of 243 +/-
exists. .(don't have my book handy)
