List,

I want to especially thank our Canadian friends, Ron and Scott for their
letters, thanks also to the British, Australian and New Zealanders on
the list that have responded. Nothing brings reasonable people together
like a disaster.

It is unbelievable that any human could have such a calloused disregard
for the lives of innocent fellow beings. It is true that the U.S. has
been very benevolent to those that suffer, even when they were our
fierce enemies in war. We also believe in justice. I hope this doesn't
change because of the events of yesterday.

I too am angry, dazed, bewildered, and also thankful that I live in a
country where, at least to this point, reason has prevailed. Although
this turn of events has all the ear marks of Mid-east mentality, we
shouldn't be too quick to place blame for this horrid act. I am certain
that in a short time we will know who is responsible and I believe that
proper response will be taken. Those now in power in our government
don't have the mindset that has prevailed for the past few years. I
believe Bush made it clear that this is war, but first we have to know
for certain who the enemy is. God is still in control! Lets talk to him
about our concerns.
