Scott, the very same thing happened to me when I
raced the first time entering a Geo Storm in
G/GALT. A bunch of the "G" guys helped me a lot,
and showed me that if I ran G/FCC instead, I
would run against an open record. They all had
records and said I should have a shot at one.
SURE - it was a really soft record, but still,
the sportsmanship of the other guys there got me
all fired up when I came home with a record. LSR
racers are the greatest bunch of sportsmen on
this planet!
