Battery cut-off

Hi All;
Does the 2001 rule book state which side of the circuit, positive or
negative, the "Battery Cut-Off"  switch has to be on?
If it does, would someone post it to the list.
I'm waiting for my rule book, and would like to get the switch
installed.
