That's about it as far as I know Tom. There were some raw nerves exposed
over the roadster/coupe issue and some were very serious about coupes not
being hot rods. I wasn't around that area so what I heard has all been
second hand and I really can't comment on it with any accuracy. I'm sure
there are others on the list who have better information.

If my memory serves me correctly, (before my time, but what I was told) the
thing that spawned the Russeta Timing Asscociation was the roadster/coupe
issue. Russeta joined with SCTA during my tenure as SCTA president, I
believe in 1962.
