The sports reference got me to thinking, when I was a in competetive sports I saw a psychologist who tried to teach relaxation and visualization techniques. He referenced a study that showed that a move, in order for your subconscience to take over without any thought involved, had to be done 720 times. These repetitions had to be done exactly the same and they did not have to be done physically, visualization did count. /// /// land-speed@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
