Sure Dan... it was mentioned to me that the Slowest cars were slowing down
a meet..... and our Hero who was stating this wanted to have a Minimum
speed set so that all cars had to run XXX speed to compete.... his comment
was this IS land SPEED racing isn't it....
I didn't agree but I don't run there so I have no clue if there is any
merit to his comment or not..... thought I would pitch the question out
there on a slow morning to get some opinions....
