Mike,

My brother-in-law ran into zoning problems where he lives on almost an acre
after he sold off two lots to pay for his new house and garage. Only a
three car garage allowed and no shop. It's horse country ... he asked about
barns ... no problem ... he went for the 40X60! The only livestock that has
seen the inside of the barn is the cocker spaniel and the cats that keep the
mice down. However last I counted there is a Mustang, two '32 roadsters in
progress, a Camaro, his '32 Ford 3 window and plenty of room to work on all
of them.

I'm in the city, on .17 of an acre, and on the outside of a circle so the
front is smaller than the back of the property but anything larger than what
we built would leave us with no yard at all. I don't mind the small lawn.
