Small Blue Lakester

Folks,
  At Speedweek 2000, there was a small blue liner, Hardman Racing?.  The
driver sat real far forward in the "stubby" nose.  It was powered by a 500
cc Yamaha?  It had a real long chain drive with a counter shaft.  As I
remember it had a square tube chassis.  Anybody know who this car belongs to
and how I can contact him?
