Belly pans have always been difficult to define and give parameters to.
Currently the pan must cover a minimum of 51% of the wheelbase and be
independent of a step pan. The shape of the belly pan is not restricted.

Conventional design would have a flat, semi-flat pan extending from the
front of the vehicle to the rear, side to side, enclosing the under
carriage. We do know that a pan built by Jack will be of unconventional
design. There is no restriction placed on the pan other than there must be
drains available to allow accumulated liquids a place to exit. The pan may
built in pieces to aid in maintenance of the vehicle.

In Modified Sports class the body must remain of stock dimensions from the
firewall back, and in height and width.
A belly pan which rolls to meet the stock body would be OK, a body which is
extended or modified in some way the meet a belly pan is not. When you come
to see me in impound be prepared to prove where the body ends and the belly
pan begins.

I hope this answers the question. Jack, I and others are still waiting for
the explanation of the location of the four rear corners on your car.
