Habit.... I spend many of my years in the Army Teaching Apache and Cobra
attack Helicopters.... we had two shifts.. the AM shift required you be at
work at 4 am.... but you were off at 11 am..... I just got used to getting
up early and realized that I have more time in the Day.... 1/3 of most folks
life is spent sleeping.... I get that down to 1/4 of my life most the
time.... it's all in what your used to.... Personally it gives me 2 hours
more a day then most folks.... But.... it has a cost.... we have the
Migratory Thursday afternoon Nap.... which can happen anytime....
