NSU records and dates

I finally dug out the german article on the records NSU set in 1956.  It 
doesn't talk about who ran or sanctioned the event.  All it says is that the 
records were done between July 29 and August 9, 1956.  You'd have to compare 
against the speedweek schedule to see if there was overlap.
