I think the rule book(pg 62) says-no interior gutting,bucket seats
ok.  When I asked a similar question several years ago the then
prevailing feeling was that headliners had to remain stock as well as
side panels-carpet could be removed.  I assumed stock meant dash as
well.  Dan?
