Just to make sure I have this right....

Lets take an example.... I have an A lic.  so I am qualified to run the car
off the trailer up to 249 any place I want to... ( didn't say it was smart )

If I don't drive for 2 yrs but decide I want to maintain my A lic. I can
make a Pass at any venue at any speed and maintain my A lic. for an
additional 3 years?
