Thanks for the information Wes.
Under these circumstances it would be foolish for Riley to spend any
money on the pumping project until they get a feel for the new
administration. This is only good business, not something evil.
We just need to figure out a way to help Riley justify the expense
to the owners of the company. We must remember that the Exec's at
Riley have an obligation to use the company's capital responsibly.
It's a challenge for us, sort of like starting Save The Salt all
over again, but I believe it can be done.
I think the biggest danger at this point is underestimating the
job ahead.
