Hi Keith, I've been at the Superflow conference all week so this replay is a tad late but the other good reason to run straight hose end fittings on at least one end of the hose is so you can look in to the hose and check for "flappers" where the hose end lifts and splits the inside liner of the hose some times. Also it's a good idea to vacuum check any hose you build if it's used on any suction side of the pump, especially pressure inlet. Mitech Mike |
