Don't do it! You will bind the suspension ( the rear will have different
arcs of travel). If you must , install a wishbone to the rear.

Try replacing the leaf springs, the old ones are probably worn out, with
bad bushings in the eyes. The caster change to the front end will help
to stabilize the car too. Try to get 7 degrees, that really helps.
