On My Healey list We have talked several times over the last couple of years
about what happens to someone who defames or bad mouth's a business ...
without telling the truth.... and in one case on a list the business sued
the guy and won because they had performed the services he requested and he
was one of those folks Nobody could please....
This is another True story.... I was in a Unit in Germany where my sole Job
the year I was there was to keep folks from dieing at the hands of an Idiot
commander... I was the senior Instructor Pilot and signed everyone in the
unit off... I had a very tough year.... but we didn't loose a soul... At
my Farewell Party....as I was leaving... when I got up to speak.... I
started the Speech with this statement...." my mom always told me if I
didn't have anything nice to say... don't say anything at all.... SOO this
is going to be SHORT" Needless to say I infuriated the Commander and Paid
some dues for it... but it was worth it...
Basically the same applies here....That is why the Politic's thing could be
so bad for this list... I know Many of us are chomping at the Bit to have
our say on this whole mess... but if we do... just remember the other 50%
that voted for the other guy.... or maybe 20 in our case....
