Dick,
Although the rule book doesn't say so, you want it on the inside of the
cage. If you go over, at least the net won't grind off. I like to use a
seat belt buckle in front and a pivot in the rear. if you give me a fax
number I'll be glad to show you the dual tab with a spring loaded rod
deal.
