I personally from the outside looking in that you should of put some
minimums in the ECTA deal to begin with to eliminate some bogus records
for points sort of thing.. I am sure some percentage off of lets say
Muroc or El Mirage speeds might be appropriate for a minimum.. What does
every one else think ??
