Mayf; Correct. On roundy round dirt cars where the rules won't allow
bead locks they drill the wheel rim and run small screws that go into
the tire about 1/2 inch. This keeps the bead from slipping on the rim
with the low pressure ( 5 to 8 psi )that gets the big bite coming off
the corner. doug
