Hello,
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I had a computer failure
and was down for awhile and when I got it fixed I had over 270 messages. I
still have not gotten through them all.
I had a great time at Bonneville, eventhough I spectated. I tried to find
all of you that welcomed me to the land speed list. I missed a few and am
sorry about that.
Congratulations to Doug King, Katie Young, Doug King, John Beckett, and all
the others who broke records and expecially those who got into the 2 club.
Thats great.
Keith Turk, I was sorry to see you broke your engine. You seemed to be
doing so well. Things like this happen though. I hope to see you at World
of Speed and you do better.
The land speed list is great. I have enjoyed the exchange of ideas, etc.
I have a hard time keeping up with all the e-mails so I may not respond as
quick as I should. What a great resource this list is.
I will see you all at the World of Speed. I will try to look you up, and
please feel free to come by my pit. The car is iroc blue highly modified
Datsun B210, # 313.
I hope you all do well at the World of Speed and there are many more
records broken.
Tom Bryant, I do not know if you broke the record at Speed Week, if so that
great. If you didn't, I hope you do it next time you race. It was nice
talking to you.
Well I better get back to working on the car. Hope to fire it tommarrow.
Take care all of you, Have a safe trip to the salt.
Dan Webster, Webster Racing, Carson City NV. # 313
