Good discussion on spark lead It is true that engine requiring lots of lead is somewhat inefficient, but to unshroud an ARDUN plug is sometimes more work than it is worth plus the risk of boring into the water jacket during the unshrouding procedure. A lot of material gets removed and a sleeve is inserted for the conversion. These things are 50 years old. The tuner gets expert with what he's got running. Dave the Hayseed |
