List; The 8th annual gas up and dry lakes racing hall of fame induction
ceremony will be Sept.30,2000 at Jack Mendenhall's Petroleum Museum in
Buellton, Ca. The list of people inducted will include Marlo Treit, Jack
Lufkin, Paula Murphy, Ken Walkey, Mary West, Fred Dannenfeizer, Don
Montgomery, Eric Rickman, Gene Ohly, Tom Beatty, Bill Temple, Clyde
Sturdy, Bill Edwards, Clark Cagle, and Racer Brown. Vehicles will be the
Nolan & Rick White Streamliner, Verlin Marshall Crosley Coupe, Sam
Wheeler M/C Streamliner and a special presentation to Al Teague & his
Spirit of 76 Streamliner.
Anyone wishing to attend that has not received a Reservation Form just
E-Mail me for one or call 1-800-650-4600. Cost is $30 per person for pit
pass, meal & beverage tickets, Raffle ticket, 2000 Souvenir Program,
Event pin and other goodies.
Anyone wishing to help support the Hall of Fame by donating a door
prize or advertising in the program let me know also. Business Card Ad's
are only $50 plus $15 for one Reservation ( Save $15 ) Ad deadline is
Aug 31.
