Mark,
don't feel bad about how you are treated by UPS.  As a requirement for 
EVERYONE who works for UPS, from management to clerks, they are required to 
get a Masters Degree in Public Diplomacy from that world famous college, 
Screwed U.  After all, if the employees didn't have this wonderful defree 
from this outstanding institution (and the word "institution" should be a 
hint), who knows what service would be like.
