Just another set of notes for the Archieves and a couple of questions.  I
mentioned the other day the need to up grade the ignition system to run the
Nitrous.... The Crank Trigger and Distributor got installed yesterday along
with the 7al 2 with a 3 step Retard.

I did this whole thing a Piece at a Time.... installed one system then Fired
it to make sure it was working before moving on to the next system.

I have a minor problem with the 7al.... When we crank the car it starts when
I release the starter button not when I am cranking.... crank forever and No
spark release the button and the thing fires right up... anyone seen this
before.

As for the Billet Distributor... I strongly Recommend you set the Slip
collar before the motor is installed in the car.... .. It's not a big deal
but very tedious trying to get it accurate.

Any of you running a High Speed Retard and if so how many Degrees are you
retarding it and at what RPM.... We have the option of installing one but
Don't have time to test it on the Dyno... Though we might later.

The Nitrous system is installed... it's a 400hp Big Shot kit...from NOS...
We put a very Small set of Jets in it... only 100 hp... but it has lots of
room for stupidity... We didn't have the ignition installed so we didn't run
it on the dyno Friday... we are going back on Monday or Tuesday night.

Well Back to the Salt mine... Time to swap back in the 6al and make sure
it's the box.... See ya all at Maxton Next weekend and Muroc in Three Weeks.
