All Fire Systems must have a Yearly Inspection. See Pg 30-32 in the 2000
rule book...

Once every 6 yrs the inspection folks will make you Empty and refill your
bottle to inspect the seals.... this means that they have to have the
ability to download and refill your bottle.... Any Local Fire station should
be able to tell you who does the fire inspection servicing in your area....
