Man If Darrel Don't jump on this chance I don't know what to say....

George.... Your interpretation seems correct to the most of us.. Though a
few would disagree.... the bottom line is that as I INTERPRET it ..... you
can pitch that Rag of a Spoiler and add one like the rule book stipulates
on Page.39
