The embedded caption says calls it the "Excelsior Land Speed Bike".
"Established in 1876, Excelsior made bicycles and bicycle supplies. This
experience led Excelsior to produce its first motorcycle in 1905. Ignaz
Schwinn, the enterprising German immigrant of bicycle fame, bought the
company in 1911 and propelled it to the ranks of the "Big 3" motorcycle
