Gene,
There is no way I know of to keep the salt off the under side of a
vehicle. Two things that can be done to minimize the problem is, spray
the underside with oil (solvent/transmission oil mix works), then avoid
driving through water if possible. The salt water will take salt to
places you can't see and that are impossible to clean.
