  Wes Potter:Let me restate my thoughts on this Walkie,McGonegal,HOT ROD
controversy. If we wantthis thing of ours to survive us , we must drag the likes
of McGonegal -kicking and screaming if necessary- into our tent. We've gat to
make "floating mounting" a part of his everyday vocabulary. Our cars are
everybit as  unique, fast, innovative, gorgeous, true hot rod,..........as
anything that HOT ROD has to show. He/they need us to fill their pages-we need
their readers to join us. Bud McManus
