Glen,
This is good, letting us know of books of interest to all of us. I just
looked in my library for some titles to share. "When The Hot Rods Ran"
by William Carroll, a book about Muroc. "Hot Rods in the Forties & "Hot
Rods as They Were" by Bob Montgomery. "Tex Smith's Hot Rod History" by
Tom Medley is another very good book with lots of shots of people
working on their cars, etc. Names that most all Bonneville Racers will
recognize.
Tom
I am told that Dean Batchelor has a book on Bonneville out also, I
intend to check at Barnes & Noble today. I will let the list know about
this one later.
