Loved the story as it hit close to home. Summer after my senior year in
HS, I helped my best friend stuff a Ford 289/4 speed into a Lark. We had
some great times in that car, but spent a lot of time under it as he
just couldn't make a rear-end live with all that power. And sadly yes, I
am over 50 also. Growing old is mandetory; growing up is optional.
