The only place I can find convertibles is in Gas Coupe, older books used to
refer to convertibles in the Modified Category, Altered and Gas Coupe also
in Production. There was a requirement to run with the top up.
If the body style is used a full cage is required, page 22. I believe that
the body style has been discouraged due to safety issues. I will pose the
question at the rules meeting on the 21st.
