Another XXO/VGC record

Hello all! 

Well, my dad and I closed the Dry Lakes season on a great note--we bumped our 
XXO/VGC record up again. This time my dad got it at 143.49 mph.  Our '39 
coupe with the 302 Jimmy had a great year and provided us a lot of fun.

Thanks to all involved in the 1999 El Mirage season far making such a 
wonderful year of racing, especially all those on the SCTA board, and 
presidency--without all of your dedication we would be lost!
