Just a quick bit before we pack the truck and head out to Speed Week -
At the SCTA / BNI Board Meeting last Friday night - everything is pretty
much as outlined in the Straightaway News (July issue - which you all
probably received first week of August) except it now appears they will
not have qualifiers impounded at the seven mile but back at the pit
impound - make sure your crew and driver both attend the drivers meeting
Saturday morning for details on where to impound and how to get back to
the far end start in the early a.m. for record returns, etc. - that will
be different and you will need to understand it clearly -
Also a reminder - make sure all push vehicles are equipped with a
working CB!
