Check out http://www.saltflats.com for info on the 130 Club, this is likely
what you have in mind.  If you are also interested in seeing if the car goes
around corners, Intermountain Vintage Racing is having a race weekend out
at the Wendover airport this weekend, June 26/27.  For $40 per day, you can
run laps in the Touring Class, which basically mans go around the race track
with a good safe distance between you and the next guy.
